We use industry-standard DJ equipment including Pioneer XDJ-XZ All-in-One, Proel Speaker Systems, BeamZ LED Lighting, Smoke Machine and Effects. Everything we need to help make your next event fun and memorable.
Atomic Beats Entertainment is located at the southern tip of Queensland's iconic Sunshine Coast. We service and can travel to events from Brisbane Northside to the Sunshine Coast. We like to use Brisbane to Maroochydore as a rough guide, but please just let us know the event location and we can confirm availability.
All we need you to provide is power/electricity and a safe area undercover.
Generally we need a space of around 2m x 2m for our DJ setup and around 3m x 3m for our Photo Booth setup.
Please ensure the electricity supply is safe to use and within 10 metres of where you would like us to set up and operate our equipment. If not within 10 metres, let us know in advance and we will provide additional power cables.
Oh, and if there is a little bit of food and refreshments available for us during the event, that would be really appreciated but not essential.
Atomic Beats Entertainment is available for events throughout the year. Availability may vary depending on the season and current schedule. It's best to contact us as early as possible prior to your event to help secure your desired date.
Yes, we have up-to-date liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Currency if required by you or your event venue.
Yes. We will email your invoice to you.
We require a 30% non-refundable deposit (refer to our T&Cs) at the time of booking your event with Atomic Beats Entertainment. This deposit secures your booking with us. Deposit can be made by bank deposit to the bank account shown on your invoice.
Final balance payment is required prior to set up at your event and can either be made by cash or eftpos (Square tap payment).
Yes, if you book our DJ for your wedding or you book either of our Bronze, Silver or Gold Packages we offer a FREE in-home consultation to discuss, understand and plan your event. There is no charge for this consultation, but it is only available after the event deposit has been paid.
We can also provide a FREE telephone consultation and on-going discussions leading right up to your super event. Remember, it is your party or wedding and we are here to help make it fabulous and truly memorable.
We want you to have the most enjoyable and memorable event possible.
We do not include set up or pack up time in your paid booking, there is no charge for our set up or pack up time.
This means if you book Atomic Beats Entertainment for a 5 hour DJ event, you will have us playing music and entertaining your guests for at least the 5 hours. Same applies with our Photo Booth. Our equipment set up and pack up time does not eat into your event's booking time.
We will arrive at the event early and allow plenty of time to set up our equipment and ensure everything is operating correctly. There will be music playing as your guests arrive too.
